A Budget 144Hz IPS Gaming Monitor for Mac | BenQ EX2710

What is a good budget 144Hz gaming monitor that is compatible with a Mac? The BenQ MOBIUZ EX 2710 display is definitely a great option for both PC and a Mac, however I did test this monitor on the M1 Mac Mini and the M1 MacBook Air and they both work great, and will also get that 144Hz refresh rate.

I will be testing this monitor on a PC build that is happening soon, but on this one I want to focus on the review for MacOS. One thing to note with MacOS display preferences is that it will default to 60Hz refresh rate, so you’ll need to manually go to the display settings and change this when gaming.

And the disclaimer here is that if you're looking for a 4K setup, this particular monitor is a 1920 by 1080, 16:9 HDR IPS display.

And as I said in the video, I do think a 1080p display between 24 and 27 inches is a great option.
