iPhone 12 Mini Delayed Release. Should You Wait?

The rumors are out and it sounds like there’s an iPhone 12 mini release delay and the question will be, should you wait? At this year's Apple event they're supposed to announce their upcoming iPhone 12 line up on October 13th and I know that the rumor mills are stacked with leaks and speculation.

I wanted to be able to have a conversation here and give you my thoughts on whether you should wait for the iPhone 12 mini or invest in the iPhone SE 2. I also know there's a deal running right now on the iPhone XR and there are questions about whether to purchase the XR or the SE 2.
